RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

General

We get it. Things happen. Here at Mntech we strive to make sure every customer gets reliable product experience as well as efficient and personalized support.If you’re not completely satisfied with your Mntech product, you’re welcome to contact our support center (contact@getwebhawk.com) where we’ll either fix it or provide a refund once we receive your unit. Some restrictions apply to the refund amount: Shipping fees, international customs taxes and duties are non-refundable.

Few things to keep in mind when returning your WebHawk :~

  1. We have a 30-day return policy. You may submit a refund request within 30 days from receiving your WebHawk.
  2. We may only provide a refund if your WebHawk unit was purchased directly from us. If you purchased your WebHawk from any other retailers, please refer to their return policy.
  3. Please make sure that your returned unit contains original packaging with all of its original components.
  4. WebHawk unit damaged due to misuse by the customer cannot be refunded.
  5. Direct all your questions and concerns to our support center.

Standard refund procedure:

  1. Submit your return request to contact@getwebhawk.com. Remember to mention the reason of return. If you own multiple units but are not returning all of them, please enclose returned unit’s serial number that can be found on the bottom of the packaging.
  2. We provide the return details and wait for your shipment confirmation.
  3. Once we receive your unit, we process a refund immediately.

Product defect replacements:

  1. Submit your return request to contact@getwebhawk.com.
  2. We recommend that you give our support center an opportunity to validate the product defect remotely before shipping the unit back to us.
  3. We provide the return label and wait for your shipment confirmation.
  4. Once we receive your unit, we immediately send a replacement unit.

Unpackaged product refunds:

  1. Submit your return request to contact@getwebhawk.com. Remember to note the product is unopened. If you own multiple units but are not returning all of them, please enclose returned unit’s serial number that can be found on the bottom of the packaging.
  2. We provide return details and wait for your shipment confirmation.
  3. Once we receive your unit, we process a refund immediately.

Canceling or changing WebHawk orders:

Every new WebHawk order gets processed immediately and sent as soon as possible. Submitted orders cannot be canceled or changed. If you wish to return your ordered WebHawk, please refer to the steps above.

Refunding WebHawk service months:~

WebHawk service months can be returned and refunded if they were purchased separately from the WebHawk device. If you wish to return all or part of WebHawk service months, submit a request to contact@getwebhawk.com.

Can I return some of the products included in a bundle?

Yes. If you do not want to return all products included as part of a bundle or purchased at a promotional price, Mntech will refund what you paid only for the products you return. If you return only part of a bundle, we will subtract the bundle discount from your refund amount.
